Guests & Visitors
Your stay includes four guests, and you may add up to two more at $10 per guest per day.
Visitors are allowed for $25/day (or $10/day in quiet season) with a site maximum of eight people total (guests + visitors). For everyone’s comfort, visitors cannot bring pets or watercraft and must leave by 10:00pm.
Pets Are Family Here
We love welcoming your four-legged companions—our resort is proudly pet-friendly with four dedicated dog parks, including two fully enclosed spaces and two wide-open free-range areas.
To help us keep these spaces clean and enjoyable for everyone, there is a $5 per day fee per pet, with a limit of two pets per site. Review our Pet Policy for details.
Internet That Actually Works
Our free 100 Mbps WiFi is still blazing fast—but every site also includes a direct ethernet port for ultra-stable streaming, gaming, and Zooming. Bring on Netflix, PlayStation, Teams… all of it.
Unlimited Boat Launch
In. Out. All Day Long.
Boat launch is exclusive to resort guests.
Site Amenities
Every site is fully equipped for a comfortable, convenient stay, with 125 amps electric, including: 50-amp RV power, a dedicated 50-amp Level 2 EV charging plug, 120V outlet for general use, and a direct hard-line internet connection. You’ll also have easy sewer and water hookups.
We include 40 kWh of electricity each day, a level that comfortably meets the needs of most RV travelers. Should you require more, extra power is just $0.41/kWh.
One Stop Shop
Our on-site Park Store has everything you need for a comfortable stay, from beer, wine, firewood, propane, and ice to everyday essentials and electric accessories.
Kids (and grown-ups) will also love our selection of ice cream treats—perfect for sunny afternoons at the resort.
Vehicles and Vessels
Your site allows one RV, two vehicles, two watercraft trailers.
Additional vehicles are $25 per night, and must park in Overflow Parking. Watercraft trailers may also park in Overflow Parking, free of charge.
EV Charging
Traveling by EV?
We’ve got you covered. All sites now offer Level 2 charging with 40 kWh/day included, ensuring your stay is as effortless as it is scenic.
Additional power is available for $0.41/kWh, making it easy for EV travelers to relax, recharge, and enjoy the river without worry.
Relax, Play, Repeat
Take a dip in the seasonally heated pool, unwind in our two soothing spas, or gather around the fire pits—then head over to our lighted pickleball courts, children’s playground, and dog parks.
Whether you’re here to relax or burn off some energy, we’ve got activities for every age and pace.

Call ahead if you’ll be checking in after hours, we’ll take good care of you.
When available, we offer early check-in at 10am ($25) and late checkout until 2pm at ($25). Call our office to check availability.
Clubhouse & Patio
Make yourself comfortable in our luxury clubhouse, complete with a full kitchen, big-screen TV, pool table, board games, and a warm fireplace. Step outside to the patio for outdoor dining, a Santa Maria grill, and lawn games.
The clubhouse is open to all guests and available for group reservations.
Holiday Stays
Holidays are a special time at King’s River RV Resort…bring the whole family and come celebrate with us.
Holiday stays may incur a 25% surcharge, and require a 3 night minimum stay.
