We do not offer tent-only camping. A recreational vehicle (RV) is required for all reservations. However, each site allows one RV and one tent.

Each reservation includes up to four guests. You may add up to two additional guests for a fee of $10 per person, per day, which will be applied to your invoice at the time of booking.

Yes, daily visitors are welcome. However, each site has a maximum occupancy of eight people in total, including registered guests. The number of visitors allowed depends on your current guest count. Visitor fees are $25 per person during our Extreme Summer Fun season and $10 per person during all other seasons.

We are a pet-friendly resort and welcome guests traveling with their furry companions.

However, due to insurance requirements, certain dog breeds are not permitted on the property. These include: Pit Bull, Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Boxer, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, and Belgian Malinois, as well as any mix of these breeds.

If your pet falls within these restrictions, we kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for their care during your stay.

We allow up to two pets per reservation. A fee of $5 per pet per day will be added to your reservation at the time of booking.

Our river comes to life with water released from Pine Flat Dam, and each season brings its own kind of adventure!

Summer (June through August) is perfect for boating, when the river is flowing strong and ready for fun on the water. In the shoulder seasons —May, September, and October-you’ll find ideal conditions for relaxing floating, paddleboarding, kayaking, and refreshing swims.

No matter when you visit, the river offers a beautiful backdrop for making unforgettable memories.

Currently, we do not offer day-use passes. Access to the resort and all amenities, including the boat launch—is reserved exclusively for registered guests.

No! Our boat launch is a complimentary amenity for guests staying at the resort. We allow a maximum of two watercraft trailers per registered site. All watercraft must be checked in at the office upon arrival, and a staff member will direct you to the appropriate trailer parking area after launching.

We’re proud to offer a wide range of top-notch amenities for our guests. Enjoy our seasonally heated pool, two year-round hot tubs, and several propane fire pits. For recreation, we offer pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a large playground.

Our clubhouse features a pool table, carpet ball, YouTube TV, and a full kitchen. Guests also have access to a well-equipped gym with a sauna, an on-site store, and laundry facilities.

We provide complimentary Wi-Fi, plus all sites are equipped with a direct internet connection offering speeds up to 100 Mbs.

Yes! Campfires are permitted within the designated fire ring at your site. We offer bagged firewood for sale with delivery available, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Please note that any firewood brought from outside must be removed from the premises upon departure.

The clubhouse is not available for public rental. However, guests staying at the resort can reserve it for a private gathering. The fee is $50, which provides exclusive access for up to 4 hours. Please call ahead to confirm availability for your desired date.

Your reservation includes 40 kWh of electricity per day, which comfortably meets the needs of most RV travelers. If you use EV charging or run multiple air conditioners in a large motorhome during peak summer, additional electricity may apply. Any usage beyond 40 kWh/day is charged at $0.41 per kWh and will be billed to the credit card on file at departure.

We’re happy to offer a six-month rental agreement, with the option to extend as long as needed.

We offer four tiers for our extended-stay guests. Rates vary based on the size of your RV, the number of vehicles you bring, and the amount of space you prefer. Monthly pricing generally ranges from $800 to $1,100, depending on the tier that best fits your set-up and needs.

In addition to your monthly site rent, there are three standard charges for extended-stay guests:

• $400 electric deposit — This is refundable at departure, minus your final electric usage.
• $45 one-time background check fee per adult – Required for all guests age 18 and older.
• Monthly metered electric — You’ll pay only for the electricity you use each month.

Yes, we offer propane refills on site. Propane tanks can be filled Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. I f you need propane over the weekend, there are convenient options available in town. All propane refills are billed to the credit card on file.

Storage is coming soon! Beginning September 2026, we’ll offer on-site storage for RVs, boats, extra vehicles, and cargo or utility trailers. To reserve a space, guests will complete an application, sign a storage agreement, and provide proof of insurance for all stored items. Monthly rates are $100 for vehicles or cargo/utility trailers and $150 for RVs or boats, with discounts available for multiple items.

Yes. Your watercraft is welcome on site from May through September. All boats and jet skis must be removed from the property—or placed in our onsite storage facility-by October Ist. When you arrive, our team will direct you to the appropriate area for storing your watercraft during your stay.
